drawlots.net is a set of chance-based tools that run entirely in your browser. This page explains, plainly, what that means for your data.

What we don't collect

drawlots.net has no server-side application, no account system, and no analytics beacons. The entries you type into the wheel, the names you list, the ranges you set — all of it is processed by JavaScript already running in your tab. None of it is sent to us, because there's no endpoint for it to go to.

Shareable links

Some tools let you build a "Copy link" URL that encodes your list or settings directly in the address, so you can send it to someone else. That data lives in the link itself — it is never stored on any server of ours. Only share a link if you're comfortable with whoever receives it seeing what's in it.

Local storage

drawlots.net saves one small preference in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme choice. It stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can control ad personalization through Google's Ad Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
